"Pretty decent, but I still get a few leaks"
I really wanted to love the Lena cup, especially because I’ve been trying to cut down on disposable stuff in general, like I already carry reusable bags in my car and everything. Once I get it positioned right, the leak protection is okay, but it definitely took me a few tries to figure it out. On heavier days, I still notice small leaks, which is annoying if I’m out running errands or sitting at work for a while. It’s not bad enough that I’m giving up on it, but it’s not quite as reliable as I hoped. I’ll probably keep using it here and there.

"Comfort was just okay"
It’s not terrible, but I didn’t find it as comfy as I expected. I had to mess with it a few times to get seated right, and even then I still notice it sometimes. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I never really trust them to do much besides give a canned response, so I’m just dealing with it for now

"Pretty decent wear, I think"
It lasted okay for me, but definitely not the whole day. Maybe it depends on your skin or what you're doing, but I was kind of expecting a bit more wear time.

Used it overnight and it mostly did the job. Had a small leak by morning though, so maybe a fit issue? Not totally sure. Overall, okay, but wouldn’t call it perfect

"Firm but still comfortable"
I tried the Lena cup because I wanted cup with a bit more firmness. It opened up really easily for me, much better than my old softer cup that always seemed to stay folded.
It is firm, but not painful or anything like that. I can feel it for a tiny bit at first, then I pretty much forget it is there. No leaks so far, and cleaning is simple. Happy with it

"Support was fine, just slow and a bit vague"
Customer service was okay overall, but it felt a little frustrating. They did answer my question eventually, but it took longer than I expected and I had to chase them with a follow-up. I also got a couple of those vague “we’ll get back to you soon” type promises, which don’t really help when you’re waiting around.
When they finally replied properly, they were polite and did sort everything out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience. It just wasn’t very quick or reassuring. I’d probably order again, but I’d really hope their support is faster and a bit more specific next time...

"I don’t hate this cup at all..."
I don’t hate this cup at all, but I also can’t say I love it. It does what it’s supposed to do and once it’s in, it’s comfortable, so in that sense it’s great. But taking it out is where I struggle. I usually need a few tries to break the seal, and if I’m rushing, it can get a little messy and frustrating. It’s not painful or anything, so maybe I’m being picky, but it definitely isn’t as easy as I was hoping. I might just need more practice. I’d probably give it 3 stars because it works, even though removal could be way smoother.

"So easy to rinse clean"
I really like how simple this is to clean. It rinses off quickly, doesn’t hang onto any weird smells, and just makes the whole thing a lot less of a hassle. Super useful for everyday use...

It definitely took me a bit to get the hang of it at first, but once I figured things out, everything worked really well. I’ve used similar products before, so I kind of expected a small learning curve, and it wasn’t a big deal in the end.

"Love the eco idea, but wow, there’s a learning curve"
I bought this because I was so tired of going through pads every month and feeling like I was personally building a landfill in my bathroom trash can. On that side, it’s been great, I do feel way better knowing I’m throwing out so much less. But oh my gosh, getting used to it was not instant magic for me. It took a while, and cleaning it can be kind of a hassle when I’m already not in the mood to deal with anything. I wanted to love it completely, but it’s more of a “good idea with annoying moments” situation. So for me, it’s 3 stars.

"Finally found one that fits"
I was a little unsure about the sizing at first. Always feels like a gamble. But the guide ended up being spot on. The cup sits comfortably, doesn’t feel oversized or awkward like my old one did. Just a much better fit overall.

"Works great once it’s fitted properly"
Once I got it in the right position, the seal held really well. I’ve even used it overnight without any surprise leaks. Definitely gives me confidence that it’s doing its job.

"Held up better than my timing did"
I ended up trying this on a day when my schedule was a mess, so the timing was not ideal at all. But it held way more than I expected and lasted for hours without any leaks for me.

"Way easier than I thought??"
I was a little nervous about trying a cup, but the Lena Cup was so much easier to put in than I expected?? Once I figured out the fold, it slid in smoothly and opened up without any drama. I think it took me one try, maybe two. I’m actually really happy with it...

I used it for the gym and a couple hikes, and overall it was okay. I was kind of rushing to get out the door most times, so getting it placed right felt a bit annoying at first. It mostly stayed in place, but I did have one small leak. Not terrible by any means, just not something I was totally impressed with.

"Works okay, but wasn’t perfect for me"
It did the job and I didn’t have any leaks, so that part was good. But after wearing it for a few hours, I started feeling some irritation. Could just be me having sensitive skin, honestly. Shipping was fine, nothing really worth mentioning. It’s not a bad cup, I’m just not sure I’d get it again.

"Still holding up great, way longer than I thought"

My order showed up after around two weeks, maybe a little longer than I was expecting. The packaging seemed fine, and the tracking updated here and there, though not as often as I would’ve liked. Overall, it was okay, just not exactly great.
